Orthopedic Rehabilitation

In the advanced stages of soft tissue damage, bone fractures or calcification, problems requiring rehabilitation may be seen after surgical procedure. Long-term or short-term programs are implemented in the rehabilitation program.

What are the Goals of Orthopedic Rehabilitation?

The aims of orthopedic rehabilitation are to restore or improve the body functions lost due to disorders in the skeletal structure of the individual. The aim is to bring the individual back to his old healthy and closest state as a result of the therapy, to return him to his job and profession, to bring him back to a productive position and to enable him to live without being dependent on anyone else.

The individual who will undergo orthopedic rehabilitation is prepared for a special rehabilitation program after being evaluated by the physical therapy and rehabilitation specialist and physiotherapist, taking the opinion of the treating orthopedic specialist. The rehabilitation process is determined as a result of one-to-one work with physiotherapists according to the individual's potential, the individual's contribution to the treatment and compliance.
